About The Founder
I am Riccardo Hernandez-Richard, born and raised in Switzerland, with Cuban roots. My professional journey has taken me through various industries – from construction and event ticketing to IT, food & beverage, trading and finance sectors. Along the way, I’ve learned that success is built on recognizing the strengths of others, strategically applying them, and working as a cohesive team.
I firmly believe that when each person does what they do best, and we orchestrate this as a team, the result is always extraordinary. Together with my experienced team, we focus on delivering quality, efficiency, and creating win-win situations.
